Gus is a technology veteran. In the late nineties he saw great potential for F1 Solutions. He took over the database start-up and pioneered SaaS and cloud services in the Canberra region. He then built an innovation engine from scratch which became the backbone for F1 Solutions' flagship product, OmniStar.
As F1 Solutions’ founding director, owner, and visionary, today Gus guides a team of around eighty talented and high achieving, professional staff. His vision is for F1 Solutions to build on the strengths of its rich intellectual property to expand into international markets, and help clients worldwide, access technology that will “transform their futures”. Prior to starting F1 Solutions, Gus was a client relations executive and technologist with IBM Australia.
Chief Operating Officer
Zarthost Boman
Zar has brought new energy and next-generation aspirations to F1 Solutions. As Chief Operating Officer he is focused on growing the company’s impact and reach. He led the early adoption of .Net technologies and was integral in the company's decision to migrate OmniStar from an on-premises solution to a SaaS cloud solution.
Since joining F1 Solutions in 2006, Zar has held several infrastructure and account management roles and has intimate knowledge of the F1 Solutions’ business and its client communities. He sees great potential in F1 Solutions’ intellectual property and human capital and has a reputation for building strong human and technological networks.

Cimi Peters
Cimi serves as Chief Financial Officer at F1 Solutions, where she has built her career over 16 years, currently overseeing both Finance and Human Resources operations.
She has led comprehensive modernisation of the company's internal administrative infrastructure to support strategic growth initiatives and operational scalability.

Zubin Boman
With over 26 years of experience in the industry, Zubin Boman serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he leads the charge in driving company growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Zubin thrives in dynamic environments and is especially energised by the high-performing sales team at F1 Solutions. He values the team’s ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver results under pressure, and he finds great fulfillment in engaging with clients to understand their business needs and uncover ways to create meaningful impact—both commercially and socially.

Chris is the principal architect of OmniStar—F1 Solutions’ grants, ethics, research management, and governance solution. In his roles as Software Developer, Enterprise Architect, and now CTO, he has been instrumental in adopting new technologies and driving product development.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the software and IT support industries, Chris brings a genuine passion for coding and innovation. He leads his team in the ongoing development and refinement of the OmniStar platform, ensuring it continues to meet evolving customer needs while maintaining robust system reliability.

Xavier Orstti
Xavier is a Senior Project Manager at F1 Solutions, known for his collaborative leadership and results-driven approach. He guides cross-functional teams toward successful, on-time delivery by fostering teamwork and removing roadblocks.
With over 15 years of experience, Xavier takes a comprehensive approach to project management, encompassing planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and budget control. Acting as a key liaison between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, Xavier provides transparent progress updates and effectively manages expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Nicholas is a Principal Product Engineer with 25 years of experience in software development.
Passionate about solving complex technical challenges, Nicholas enjoys building software that delivers real value to clients. He leads the architecture and design of new product features while managing the development side of the team.

MSP Manager
Dan Mountain
Dan is the MSP Manager within the Infrastructure Team, where he has driven excellence in managed services for over two years.
He leads the daily operations of the MSP team while guiding its strategic growth and development. In addition to operational leadership, Dan actively explores emerging security technologies and software solutions, identifying innovations that deliver value to both clients and internal teams. He has spearheaded various major transformation projects including F1 Solutions internal server infrastructure, elevating the company’s hardware to a modern, high-performance standard using advanced technologies.
Quality Assurance Manager
Jaffar Mohammad
Jaffar Mohammad is the Quality Assurance Manager at F1 Solutions, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in software testing and quality management. Since joining in 2019, he has led the QA function with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
He manages a team of QA engineers across the full quality assurance lifecycle, designing robust test strategies and driving the adoption of automation frameworks. Under his leadership, the team has achieved a significant reduction in post-release critical defects and improved overall product stability.

Nathan is a Web Development Technical Lead with 23 years of experience in the industry. He specialises in build assurance and software development, consistently delivering reliable and high-quality solutions across complex projects.
He has played a key leadership role in major My Aged Care releases, most notably delivering Support at Home, a complex and impactful initiative that marked a significant milestone in the healthcare technology sector.
